DIRECT-TO CONSUMER LENDING IN NEVADA

(Irvine, CA) - March 23, 2005 - Greenlight Financial Services, one of the fastest growing direct-to-consumer mortgage lenders in the industry, today announced it has been licensed to provide loans in the state of Nevada. With this development, Greenlight is licensed in 49 states and continues its expansion at an unprecedented rate.
